The Garrison's Commanding Officer and Executive Officer are akin to a club chapter's president and vice-president. Their primary duties are to oversee the operations of our section of the club, to coordinate events, and aid the garrison's members in their charge.
A Garrison's CO also serves on the Legion Council, a governing body made up of all the Garrison COs and a second representative from the Garrison assigned by the CO. The Legion Council along with the Legion Commander oversee the policies and operations of the entire Legion.

Administrative Staff
The administrative staff include the Public Relations Officer, Garrison Membership Liaison (GML), and Garrison Web Liaison (GWL). The PR officer is responsible for maintaining materials for public information and distribution. The GML and GWL positions are responsible for maintaining the Garrison's member roster both here at garrisonexcelsior.com and with the 501st Legion. Any and all member information changes, corrections, and additions go through the GML & GWL.
